Last Updated: September 2025. Standard terms governing corporate setup, licensing, and professional consultancy services provided by Thrive Consultants in the UAE.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client" or "you") and Thrive Consultants ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your engagement for UAE business setup, mainland/freezone licensing, PRO services, corporate banking liaison, and residency advisory.
By engaging our services, signing a proposal, making a payment, or utilizing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

4. Government Fees & Third-Party Authorities
Corporate setup quotations typically comprise: (a) Government/Authority Fees, and (b) Professional Advisory & PRO Fees.

- Bank Underwriting: Final approval for corporate bank account opening and compliance clearance is at the independent discretion of the banking institution in accordance with Central Bank regulations.

- Invoices are subject to UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) at the standard statutory rate (currently 5%) in accordance with Federal Tax Authority regulations.
6. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Both parties agree to treat all commercial, legal, technical, and proprietary information disclosed during the engagement as strictly confidential. Thrive Consultants will not disclose Client records to any unauthorized third party without prior consent, except where required by UAE law or government audit.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Thrive Consultants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays caused by changes in government immigration policies, external banking underwriting times, or force majeure events.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts of Dubai.
