Responsibilities
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients. You will navigate complexities of operations, growth, and team success.
- Manage key enterprise accounts and ensure high client retention.
- Develop strategic account plans to up-sell and cross-sell Thrive services.
- Act as the primary escalation point for VIP clients.
